Biohackers use AI to transform fitness results. At Upgrade Labs, members use cutting-edge AI technology to tailor every rep and recovery period to their unique biology. The facility offers AI-powered bikes that adjust resistance automatically based on biometric data, achieving results in just five minutes that equal an hour of traditional cardio. Members get detailed cellular health analysis capturing 4,000+ biomarkers, plus AI Movement Trainer assessments that create personalized plans using adaptive equipment.

ATOM AI fitness companion launches. BodyPark announced ATOM, an AI device that delivers real-time motion capture, instant form correction, and automatic rep counting. Built with 96% pose-estimation accuracy tracking 34+ keypoints, ATOM recognizes 1,000+ exercises and provides instant video replay with trajectory analysis between sets. The portable device weighs just 155g with 72-hour battery life and is available for preorder on Kickstarter.

Arsenal's AI dossier reveals competitive edge. The Gunners have expanded their data science department with custom-built AI-driven performance models that collect GPS tracking, biomechanics, and micro-movements from training. The system identifies injury risk by detecting early signs of muscular overload and fatigue patterns, while also dissecting opposition tactics and evaluating recruitment targets based on alignment with Arteta's tactical principles.

EGYM sees AI and collaboration driving fitness future. The smart equipment company is using AI to create hyper-personalized workout plans through EGYM Genius, which generates exercise protocols based on goals, capabilities, and available facility equipment. With 8 billion exercises in its AI engine, the platform also features Adaptive technology that senses muscle failure and adjusts resistance mid-stroke for safety.

Autonomous race cars now matching human speeds. At Abu Dhabi's Yas Marina Circuit, driverless cars are racing with the fastest AI lap at 58 seconds compared to 59 seconds for professional drivers. Teams from Germany, Italy, and the UAE are competing for a $2.25 million prize pool, with some cars reaching speeds of 248 km/h.

China's National Games showcase AI and robotics. At the 15th National Games in Shenzhen, humanoid robots presented medals to athletes while robotic dogs carried javelins on the athletics field. The event featured 130+ high-tech products including unmanned patrol boats monitoring cycling races and mobile weather stations providing real-time data for athlete safety.

💡AI Tip of the Day: Use ChatGPT’s new Chat feature to collaborate on projects

*ChatGPT Plus, Pro, or Business plan needed to fully implement this tip.

  1. Create a project

    • In ChatGPT, click New project in the sidebar and give it a clear name (e.g., “Spring Launch – Campaign Hub”).

  2. Add context

    • Inside the project, upload your reference files (docs, spreadsheets, images, PDFs) and add project instructions that tell ChatGPT what this project is about and how it should respond.

  3. Invite people to the project

    • Click Share, invite teammates by email or link, and choose their access level:

      • Can Chat – they can see and use the project’s chats, files, and instructions.

      • Can Edit – they can also upload/remove files, update instructions, and invite others.

  4. Work in separate chats, same brain

    • Everyone can start their own chats inside that project; all of those chats share the same files + instructions and have their own project memory, so ChatGPT remembers campaign details across conversations.

Example: Marketing Campaign Hub (Docs + Sheets + Images)

Who’s in the project: marketing lead, copywriter, designer, ads person.

What lives in the shared project:

  • Brand guidelines PDF + tone-of-voice doc

  • Campaign brief

  • Content calendar spreadsheet

  • Ad creative images / mockups

  • Past campaign performance report (CSV / export)

How it works in practice:

  1. Marketing lead sets up the project

    • Creates “Spring Launch – Campaign Hub” as a project.

    • Uploads the brand guidelines + campaign brief.

    • Adds project instructions with goals, target audience, tone of voice, and key messages.

    • This becomes the shared “campaign brain” for everyone.

  2. Copywriter uses the shared context

    • Starts a chat inside the project and asks: “Using the brand guidelines, brief, and content calendar in this project, draft a 3-email launch sequence plus social posts for each email.”

    • ChatGPT automatically uses the uploaded files, so tone and messaging stay consistent.

  3. Designer uses it as a copy partner

    • Uploads image mockups into the same project.

    • Starts a new chat and asks: “Write 10 headline options, on-image text, and alt text for these images, aligned with our brief and tone.”

  4. Ads person turns data into test ideas

    • Uploads the previous campaign’s performance spreadsheet.

    • In another project chat: “Summarize what worked and what didn’t in this report, then suggest 5 new ad concepts and A/B tests for the Spring launch.”

Result:
Everyone works in their own chat, but inside the same shared project with the same files and instructions, so ChatGPT behaves like one consistent “campaign brain” that remembers the brief, brand rules, and performance data for the whole team.
